May 22 2015, heart palpitations

I woke up early, I felt normal.  Dose as usual, no meds today.  I took 2 brazil nut, I felt like I had so much energy, but when my son took a nap my body wanted to take a nap too. When I was laying down with him.  I kept getting this burst of high heart rate while taking a nap.  I don't know how to explain it.  But it's like a small noise would wake me up, like a sudden awakening.  I took 2 more brazil nuts at night.
